  • What is the contract length?

    We hate red tape.  Monthly plans have no set-up fees and are billed monthly on a subscription.  Start today by enrolling on our website and cancel anytime!

  • Who publishes my Vidz?

    All of our plans include services to create and get you ready with your Vidz.  We'd love to work with you on a recurring service plan to include advertising, reporting, email marketing & YouTube for SEO/Shorts.  Depending on what accounts you have created we'll need to discuss an action plan to get us working together so we can carry the torch for you on the full solution!

  • Do Vidz link back to my product pages?

    Yes they can and should if you use your Vidz correctly. Make sure you link back to your product pages on the website in your posts, if able. 

  • Do you do other styles of video?

    Yes, we do.  Many retailers also offer service. Consider a furniture retailer.  Many also offer design consultations with clients to help select paint, light fixtures, and more.   We can help you prepare great video for your lines of service. 

  • What to expect with my onboarding?

    Onboard is a breeze. Signing up is done on our website.  Both Starter and Advanced Plans require the completion of our onboarding questionnaire which is automatically sent to you after sign up.  Custom services require connectivity to your social media profiles for publishing and advertising.  Instructions for how to complete that are sent after sign up.

  • How do I pay?

    Simply purchase a plan on the website and you're all set! Add your card info and your monthly subscriptions are automated, and receipts are sent to you. 

  • How do I get my Vidz?

    Once you subscribe, you can use our ticketing system to request the SKUs you want Vidz made for.  Simply give us a link to the item, or product the brand and sku information and our team will begin work on your Vid. When it's complete we'll ready them for you to access on the cloud, or you can hire us for a full service to publish to your account(s) and take it from there.
